Dogs 2nd Chance is a mixed breed dog rescue group. We have saved over 1,400 lives since our inception in September 2007 with only a handful of dedicated volunteers and foster homes. Dogs 2nd Chance saves abandoned, abused and stray dogs and puppies. We spay or neuter, microchip and vaccinate the dogs. We also care for any known medical needs, including, but not limited to expensive heartworm treatments and orthopedic surgeries. No dog is turned away due to breed or medical needs. We bring the dogs into our homes as foster dogs and strive to find them not just a home, but their perfect, forever home. We also raise awareness of animal abandonment, abuse and neglect along with the importance of spaying and neutering companion animals.
